How to get your files
These documents are stored in Google Docs, so you always have the most up-to-date version. You have two options, depending on how you want to use them.
Option A -- Download to your computer. Open the document, then go to File >> Download and choose your preferred format: Microsoft Word (.docx), PDF, or plain text. The file saves to your downloads folder.
Option B -- Save a copy to your Google Drive. Open the document, then go to File >> Make a copy. This creates your own editable version in your Google Drive. You can rename it and edit it freely -- changes you make will not affect the original.
Tip: If the link takes you straight to a "Make a copy?" prompt, just click the blue button. Your copy will be ready instantly.
If you see a message saying you need permission to edit -- you do not need it. Use Option A or Option B above instead.
What to do first
Start with the Founder Time Audit first. Before you build delegation frameworks or SOP systems, you need an honest picture of where your time is actually going versus where it should be going at your stage of business.
The audit typically takes about 30 minutes and produces one of two outcomes: it confirms that you are already spending your time at the level your business needs you to operate at, or it reveals -- usually clearly -- that you are spending a significant proportion of your time on activities that could and should be done by someone else. The second outcome is more common than most founders expect, and it is the starting point for everything else in the toolkit.

The pattern behind founder bottlenecks
The founders who download this toolkit are almost always running businesses that are working—generating revenue, serving customers, paying the bills. The problem is that the business is working because people are working, not because it has systems that work without them.
That distinction matters because it caps growth. Every new customer, every new hire, every new market opportunity creates more demand on the founder's time rather than more capacity for the business to handle it. At some point, the founder becomes the constraint on their own growth—not because they are doing anything wrong, but because the business was never built to operate as a system.
The toolkit gives you the frameworks to change that: delegation architecture, decision-making systems, SOP templates, and accountability structures. What the toolkit cannot tell you is which of these interventions to prioritise first for your specific business, or how to implement them without disrupting the operations that are currently holding the business together.
That is usually the conversation that turns a set of useful templates into a genuine operational transformation.
