How to get your files
These documents are stored in Google Docs, so you always have the most up-to-date version. You have two options, depending on how you want to use them.
Option A -- Download to your computer. Open the document, then go to File >> Download and choose your preferred format: Microsoft Word (.docx), PDF, or plain text. The file saves to your downloads folder.
Option B -- Save a copy to your Google Drive. Open the document, then go to File >> Make a copy. This creates your own editable version in your Google Drive. You can rename it and edit it freely -- changes you make will not affect the original.
Tip: If the link takes you straight to a "Make a copy?" prompt, just click the blue button. Your copy will be ready instantly.
If you see a message saying you need permission to edit -- you do not need it. Use Option A or Option B above instead.
What to do first
The single most impactful action you can take before working through any of the other tools is completing the Ideal Customer Profile Framework properly. Not a sketch of who your customer might be -- a rigorous, evidence-based profile that covers their business stage, specific challenges, primary motivations, and the objections they raise before making a purchasing decision.
Every subsequent marketing and sales decision -- channel selection, messaging, content, pricing -- yields better results when built on a precise ICP rather than a broad assumption. Most marketing problems are not channel problems or budget problems. They are ICP problems in disguise.
Once the ICP is complete, move to the SOAR Strategy Template. The four pillars -- Standout Branding, Orchestrate Connections, Attract and Amplify, Revenue Maximisation -- are designed to build on each other in sequence. Jumping to Attract and Amplify (the distribution layer) before Standout Branding (the positioning layer) is the single most common marketing mistake among early-stage businesses.

Why most marketing activity produces disappointing results
The marketing problem most founders experience is not a lack of activity. It is a lack of a system. Social media posts, occasional paid ads, and some networking -- disconnected activities that generate noise rather than predictable revenue.
The SOAR Marketing System solves this by creating a coherent structure that connects positioning, channels, and conversion within a single integrated framework. The toolkit provides templates to build that system yourself.
Where professional support changes the outcome is in the diagnosis—identifying whether your current marketing underperformance is a positioning, channel, conversion, or customer retention problem. Those four problems look similar from the inside but require completely different interventions. Getting the diagnosis wrong wastes months of marketing spend on the wrong solution.
